Battle Zone(M) (L)
I really should mention the website of Jed Margolin which has a lot of information about his time at Atari, including his work with vector games.

With dithering added to my modified version of xmame, the games look a bit better. Here are a few new screenshots. With "dithering", I can not only output the 256 distinct values supported by the VGA DAC, but I can display 3 intermediate values between any two adjacent values, for a total of 256 + (255*3) = 1021 values.
